You must be at least 18 to get a reading or body work done.
Rescheduling or Cancellation Notification Requirement: The client must notify the provider at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend their appointment to receive a full refund.
Grace Period: A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for late arrivals, after which the appointment may be considered a no-show unless the client contacts the provider directly to notify otherwise. Appointments delayed more than 20 minutes, even with direct client contact, are considered a late cancellation.
Partial Refund for Late Cancellations: If a client cancels less than 24 hours before their appointment, a partial refund of 50% may be issued, as the time is often hard to fill on short notice.
No-Call/No-Show: Full Charge: If a client does not show up for their appointment with in 20 minutes of their scheduled start time and fails to notify the provider in advance, the client forfeit the entire prepaid amount.
